Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.
Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff to ensure effective implementation.
Provide parent and caregiver training emphasizing real-world outcomes and skill generalization.
Monitor client progress through data-driven analysis and adjust programs for optimal results.
Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery.
Qualifications
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavior interventions.
