Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to client needs.

  • Supervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and clinical staff to ensure effective implementation.

  • Provide parent and caregiver training emphasizing real-world outcomes and skill generalization.

  • Monitor client progress through data-driven analysis and adjust programs for optimal results.

  • Collaborate with a supportive multidisciplinary team to enhance care delivery.

Qualifications

  • Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.

  • Strong background in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy and behavior interventions.
