Job Purpose and Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to support the growth of our cloud-based software platform designed for psychiatry and behavioral health practices. This role is responsible for identifying prospective customers, presenting the product, and closing new subscription-based accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage psychiatrists, therapists, and behavioral health practices
- Educate prospective clients on Psychiatry-Cloud’s features, benefits, and value proposition
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations (training provided)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads consistently
- Close new subscription-based SaaS accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Qualifications
- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in:
- Healthcare
- SaaS
- Telehealth
- Medical or digital health services
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to manage the full sales cycle independently
- Comfortable working in a commission-based compensation structure
- Self-motivated with strong time-management and follow-through skills
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience selling to psychiatrists, therapists, or healthcare practices
- Familiarity with:
- Healthcare SaaS
- EHR, practice management, or clinical software
- Existing professional network within healthcare or mental health industries
Compensation
- Commission-only compensation (no base salary)
- Commissions are earned on closed subscription sales
- No cap on commission
Work Location & Schedule
- Fully remote
- Open to U.S.-based and international candidates
- Availability required during U.S. business hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time
- Independent contractor / freelance arrangement
- Full-time availability
