Job Purpose and Role

We are seeking an innovative Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Engineer who is passionate about building intelligent systems that transform marketing, sales, and customer engagement. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of CRM architecture, AI, automation, and data science. You will lead the design and implementation of AI-powered workflows, autonomous agents, and scalable customer engagement processes that improve lead generation, qualification, nurturing, and sales execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and optimize AI-driven marketing and sales workflows within HubSpot CRM.
  • Develop autonomous AI agents and chains of agents to automate customer engagement, lead qualification, follow-up, and internal sales operations.
  • Architect CRM automation that improves efficiency across the entire customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze customer and marketing data to uncover insights that improve campaign performance and sales conversion.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams to implement data-driven growth strategies.
  • Design and maintain CRM data models, integrations, and reporting dashboards.
  • Build predictive models and AI solutions that improve lead scoring, segmentation, and customer retention.
  • Evaluate and implement emerging AI technologies that enhance CRM capabilities.
  • Ensure CRM data integrity, governance, and best practices.
  • Monitor automation performance and continuously optimize AI workflows.
 

Qualifications:

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in:
    • Engineering
    • Computer Science
    • Data Science
    • Artificial Intelligence

Required Skills & Experience

  • Formal training or certifications in Artificial Intelligence and Data Science.
  • Expert-level experience with HubSpot CRM
  • Strong background in CRM architecture and workflow automation
  • Experience building AI agents and multi-agent systems
  • Knowledge of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI orchestration frameworks
  • Strong data science and analytics experience
  • Experience creating automated marketing and sales processes
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle management
  • Experience with marketing attribution, campaign analytics, and lead management
  • Excellent SQL and data analysis skills
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

Preferred

  • Experience with Python or JavaScript
  • Experience integrating APIs and third-party SaaS platforms
  • Familiarity with HubSpot Operations Hub
  • Experience with vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and AI orchestration platforms
  • Knowledge of sales enablement technologies
  • Experience implementing AI-powered CRM solutions in healthcare or SaaS organizations
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and revenue operations (RevOps)

  • Hours: Must be available during standard US business hours (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST or 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM EST)
