Job Summary

We are looking for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to serve as a Subject Matter Expert and Product Owner for our EHR platform supporting speech pathology and allied health practices in the U.S.

This role bridges clinical expertise, product development, and customer needs. You will work closely with product, engineering, and commercial teams, and regularly interact with U.S.-based SLPs and multidisciplinary practices to ensure the platform supports real-world clinical workflows, compliance, and usability.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the clinical subject matter expert for speech-language pathology within the EHR product
  • Translate SLP workflows, documentation, and compliance requirements into product requirements and user stories
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and designers throughout the product development lifecycle
  • Gather feedback from U.S.-based SLPs and practices and incorporate insights into product improvements
  • Review and validate features to ensure clinical accuracy, usability, and regulatory alignment
  • Support product demos, training, and customer-facing discussions as needed
  • Contribute to product roadmap prioritization from a clinical and end-user perspective

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 experience and background in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP)
  • Familiarity of U.S. speech pathology clinical workflows and documentation standards
  • Experience with EHRs, health tech, SaaS, or digital clinical platforms
  • Background or demonstrated experience in product ownership, IT/engineering, or sales/customer-facing roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both clinical and non-clinical stakeholders
  • Comfortable collaborating with international teams and supporting U.S.-based customers


This is an independent contractor position.

Job Hours: 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time

Type: Full-time Remote
