The Opportunity
We are looking for experienced, highly motivated commission-only Sales Representatives to promote and sell Psychiatry-Cloud to mental health professionals and practices.
This role is ideal for sales professionals who already sell into or have strong familiarity with:
- Psychiatry & Behavioral Health
- Telehealth platforms
- Healthcare SaaS solutions
- EHR, Practice Management, or Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) systems
- Medical or Digital Health services
You may own the full sales cycle (prospecting through close) or focus on lead generation or closing, depending on your strengths and experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and engage psychiatrists, therapists, and behavioral health practices
- Educate prospective clients on Psychiatry-Cloud’s features, benefits, and value proposition
- Conduct product demos and sales presentations (training provided)
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare professionals
- Manage your sales pipeline and follow up on leads consistently
- Close new subscription-based SaaS accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new clients
Compensation & Earnings
- 100% commission-based compensation (no base salary)
- Uncapped earning potential
- Residual income model – earn ongoing monthly commissions as long as your clients remain active

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven experience in B2B sales (healthcare or SaaS strongly preferred)
- Comfortable working in a commission-only, performance-driven role
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
- “Hunter” mindset with the ability to prospect independently
- Existing relationships within mental health or healthcare networks are a major plus
Location & Work Schedule
- Fully remote position
- Open to U.S.-based and international candidates (must be fluent in English)
- Availability during standard U.S. business hours 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
