Job Purpose and Role

The Marketing Operations Strategist will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. You will also play a key role in structuring repeatable and measurable marketing efforts that align with our company goals. This role requires a results-driven, creative, and collaborative leader with a strong background in B2B SaaS marketing, focusing on managing projects, documenting processes, analyzing campaign performance, and optimizing our website to enhance user experience, conversion rates and lead generation

Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives, target market, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to define marketing goals, KPIs, and budgets.
  • Develop and configure advanced automation workflows to aid in marketing strategies
  • Manage and oversee marketing operations projects from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets.
  • Track project progress, identify potential risks or bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on schedule and within scope.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams to integrate processes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing strategies are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.
  • Manage marketing automation platforms such as Hubspot and other marketing tools
  • Optimize HubSpot account to improve processes, automations, and data hygiene
  • Evaluate HubSpot accounts for optimization opportunities
  • Create reports and dashboards in HubSpot to track client KPIs and HubSpot performance.
  • Build and manage email marketing approach from segmentation to execution
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Generate and present regular reports on key metrics, campaign performance, and ROI to stakeholders.
  • Evaluate and implement improvements to forms, email templates, landing pages and marketing automation program
  • Handle end-to-end testing, troubleshooting and database management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in marketing automation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Technical experience with marketing automation platforms, specifically Hubspot
  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing roles, marketing operations and project management
  • Has strong foundation and proficient in marketing automation technologies
  • High level of expertise on the HubSpot platform (sales, service, marketing, CMS)
  • Experience working with Marketing, Sales, and Customer Service teams
  • Experience as Hubspot Trainer or Customer Support is highly preferred
  • Preferably Hubspot Certified in Marketing, Sales, and others
  • Advanced database management and data visualization skills 
  • Strong analytical skills  and able to understand data on a statistical perspective  translating it into actionable insights
  • Solid understanding of customer journey mapping and business processes
  • Goal-oriented with exceptional problem-solving and reasoning skills
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills and knows how to ask the right question and put that into system

Location: Remote

Hours:  Available during standard US business hours (9am-5pm EST or 8:30am-4:30pm EST)
